Return Policy

At GrabFashions, customer satisfaction is important. If a product needs to be returned, the following policy applies:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Returns are not accepted due to change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong product.

Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen/display settings and are not considered defects. Such variations are not eligible for return.

Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for return, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is received, GrabFashions must be notified within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, GrabFashions will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the return.

GrabFashions reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
